Compass Point’s Sales & Trading team is comprised of highly experienced professionals focused on understanding the needs and goals of our clients. To help our clients navigate today’s volatile markets, our Sales team works in conjunction with our Research Analysts to provide and deliver unique perspectives and actionable investment ideas.

Our Sales & Trading team has established relationships with institutional investors, many of whom place their first call to Compass Point to discuss names under our coverage universe. Our clients include investment advisors, mutual funds, hedge funds and other institutional accounts located in the US, Canada and Europe.

Unlike many of our peers, Compass Point does not employ a proprietary trading department. By focusing exclusively on our clients, we are able to provide unbiased quality execution. Additionally, our single sector focus enhances our expertise and in turn, the quality of execution for our clients.


The ability to meet and interact with management teams of companies is critical to institutional investors and allows for another level of due diligence in their investment decision process. We leverage our long-standing corporate relationships to conduct numerous road shows throughout the year for the benefit of our institutional clients.

We are committed to fostering dialogue between our corporate clients and our investors through non-deal road shows, one-on-one meetings, conference calls, and other corporate marketing events.
