In 2007, Mr. Dreyer founded Compass Point to fill a niche in the financial services environment servicing institutional investors. Today, Compass Point has transitioned into a full-service broker-dealer and investment banking firm offering research, sales and trading which has seen a significant increase in revenue since its inception.
Prior to founding Compass Point, Mr. Dreyer was one of the first partners at Friedman, Billings, Ramsey & Co., Inc., where he established the firm's trading operations. Under his leadership, the trading desk and sales-trading departments expanded to a staff of more than 50 traders with revenue in excess of $120 million. Mr. Dreyer joined Friedman, Billings, Ramsey & Co., Inc. after a 10 year tenure with Johnston, Lemon & Co. where he both traded and managed the firm's trading activities. Earlier in his career, Mr. Dreyer worked on the floor of the American Stock Exchange.
Mr. Dreyer attended the University of Oklahoma where he received a B.S. in Finance. He then went on to receive his M.B.A from The George Washington University. Mr. Dreyer serves on the Board of Directors for The First Tee of Greater Washington.
Robert Feinstein is Managing Director and Head of Sales for Compass Point Research & Trading, LLC. Mr. Feinstein has more than 25 years experience in the financial services industry.
Before joining Compass Point, Mr. Feinstein was a founding partner at Friedman, Billings, Ramsey & Co., Inc., finishing his tenure there as Senior Managing Director of Sales and Private Wealth. Prior to his 20 years at Friedman, Billings, Ramsey & Co., Inc., he was a Senior Vice President at Johnston, Lemon & Co.

Mr. Hayes is Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking at Compass Point Research & Trading, LLC
He joined the firm from FBR Capital Markets Corporation where he spent more than 10 years in its Investment Banking group and successfully completed more than $4 billion in capital markets transactions. Mr. Hayes was most recently Managing Director in their Investment Banking group focusing on Specialty Finance and Real Estate.

As General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Compass Point Research & Trading, LLC, Jody Rosen is responsible for the firm’s legal and compliance matters.
Prior to joining Compass Point Research & Trading, LLC, Mr. Rosen worked as an Associate Attorney at the Law Office of John M. Fedders where he practiced securities litigation with the former Director of Enforcement at the SEC. There, he represented companies and individuals in SEC, SRO, and state securities regulator investigations and enforcement actions, as well as brokers and investors in FINRA arbitrations.
Mr. Rosen received a B.S. in Finance with Departmental Honors from the University of Maryland and earned his Juris Doctor cum laude from Catholic University of America’s Columbus School of Law.
Stacey Rusk is the Chief Operating Officer at Compass Point Research & Trading, LLC where she oversees all operational and administrative functions in order to effectively support the firm’s strategic business goals.
Previously, Ms. Rusk was the Director of Service Operations at GridPoint, Inc. where she was responsible for building all customer facing programs. Before that she was the Director of Product Development and Quality Assurance at Trusted Edge, Inc. where she defined and implemented quality assurance processes and procedures. Prior to Trusted Edge, Inc, Ms. Rusk served as the Director of Program Management and the Director of Quality Assurance at Xchange, Inc.

Prior to joining Compass Point, Mr. Boltanksy was a Research Analyst at the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) Congressional Oversight Panel. While at TARP Congressional Oversight Panel, he focused on the largest TARP recipients as well as broader economic issues such as bank lending and commercial real estate. He was also responsible for staff level relationships with government agencies including the Treasury, Federal Reserve and FDIC. Prior to that, he worked as an Analyst at EJF Capital, LLC.

Prior to joining Compass Point, Mr. Graham was a Senior Vice President and Real Estate Research Analyst at FBR Capital Markets Corporation covering real estate investment trusts and real estate operating companies for nine years. While at FBR Capital Markets, his coverage spanned the office, industrial, diversified, multi-family, and mortgage REIT sectors, and he helped develop a number of proprietary submarket and property-level valuation models to value real estate companies. Before that, Mr. Graham was a Research Associate in the Real Estate group at Raymond James Financial.

Prior to building an advisory business at RBC, Mr. Sullivan held various senior positions in institutional equity sales and trading focusing primarily on banks and thrifts, including Associate Managing Director at Bear Stearns as senior market maker for the Financial Services vertical and as Senior Vice President at Tucker Anthony.

Mr. Wheeler joined Compass Point, from Transwestern where he specialized in Investment Sales and was instrumental in the sourcing and disposition of more than $200 million of commercial real estate. Prior to that, he served as Executive Director of a government certified CDFI and SBA loan fund. He began his career in Institutional Brokerage at FBR Capital Markets Corporation finishing his 10 year tenure there as Vice President in Institutional Sales.

As the Policy Analyst for Compass Point Research & Trading, LLC, Mr. Boltanksy focuses his efforts on Washington Policy and the resulting impact on financial services companies with a particular focus on Dodd-Frank implementation, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, for-profit education and tax policy.
Prior to joining Compass Point, Mr. Boltanksy was a Research Analyst at the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) Congressional Oversight Panel. While at TARP Congressional Oversight Panel, he focused on the largest TARP recipients as well as broader economic issues such as bank lending and commercial real estate. He was also responsible for staff level relationships with government agencies including the Treasury, Federal Reserve and FDIC. Prior to that, he worked as an Analyst at EJF Capital, LLC.
Mr. Boltansky earned a B.A. in Political Science and History from Ohio Wesleyan University.
Lauren Burk is a Trader at Compass Point Research and Trading, LLC, and also handles the firm's media efforts. Before joining Compass Point, she was the Director of Media Relations at FBR Capital Markets Corporation and ended her time there in Sales & Private Wealth. Prior to FBR, Ms. Burk was a Production Coordinator at Clear Channel Entertainment and a Sales Associate at SFX Sports.

Prior to joining Compass Point, Mr. Graham was a Senior Vice President and Real Estate Research Analyst at FBR Capital Markets Corporation covering real estate investment trusts and real estate operating companies for nine years. While at FBR Capital Markets, his coverage spanned the office, industrial, diversified, multi-family, and mortgage REIT sectors, and he helped develop a number of proprietary submarket and property-level valuation models to value real estate companies. Before that, Mr. Graham was a Research Associate in the Real Estate group at Raymond James Financial.
Mr. Graham earned his B.S. from the University of North Carolina's Kenan-Flagler Business School. He is also pursuing an M.B.A. from KFBS.

Prior to launching the San Francisco office, Mr. McKenna was a sales trader at Friedman, Billings, Ramsey & Co., Inc.'s headquarters in the Washington, DC metro area. Mr. McKenna has also held positions with Genesis Merchant Group and Gardner Lewis Asset Management.

Before joining Compass Point, Mr. Sullivan worked at RBC Wealth Management where he provided risk management and retirement planning strategies for high net worth investors. Prior to building an advisory business at RBC, Mr. Sullivan held various senior positions in institutional equity sales and trading focusing primarily on banks and thrifts, including Associate Managing Director at Bear Stearns as senior market maker for the Financial Services vertical and as Senior Vice President at Tucker Anthony.

He began his career in Institutional Brokerage at FBR Capital Markets Corporation finishing his 10 year tenure there as Vice President in Institutional Sales.
